Instructions:

Cut leek into rings, mushrooms into slices, steam in oil for 8 min. until soft. Cut mozzarella into slices. Drain chickpeas, add to vegetable form with whipped cream and cheese, season with salt and pepper. Cook in a closed saucepan for another 5 minutes until soft.
