Instructions:

Wash and clean the leek and cut into rings. Chop the onion finely. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and leek until translucent.

Add water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix eggs. Add cheese and spices.

Slice knockwurst, put on leek and cook for about 5 minutes. Now add the egg mixture and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
