Boil plenty of salted water. 2.

In the meantime, melt the butter in a medium frying pan. Sauté the ham and garlic in it. Add the heavy cream and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Now add half of the cheese and let it melt while stirring.

Season the sauce moderately with salt, but with enough freshly ground pepper. Keep warm.

Drain the leek spaghetti, drain well and mix with the sauce on the spot. Arrange in deep plates. Serve the rest of the cheese separately.
