For the leftover mixed vegetables, clean and chop the greens. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cut into cubes.

Chop onion and garlic and fry briefly in oil. Add the greens and let them fry for a while.

Add pumpkin and finely chopped chili, season and cook until soft. Stir in cream cheese and season to taste.

To the leftover mixed vegetables fit sausages of all kinds or briefly roasted meat.
