Instructions:

For the lemon cards, quickly knead all ingredients with the kneading chopper in the food processor to a smooth shortcrust pastry.

Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour, roll out thinly and cut out square discs with a hole using a cookie cutter.

Bake at 180 °C on a baking tray lined with baking paper for approx. 12 minutes until light and dust with powdered sugar while still warm.
