A cake recipe for all foodies:

For the dough, knead together flour, 125 g fat, 50 g sugar, 1 egg and 1 pinch of salt until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour. Roll out dough between two layers of plastic wrap to a circle (28 cm). place in a greased tart pan (24 cm) using the top plastic wrap.

Cover with foil and place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and prick the dough a few times with a fork.

Cream 150 g fat, 150 g sugar and lemon zest. Separate 3 eggs. Stir egg yolks and remaining whole egg into fat mixture. Later fold in custard powder, almond kernels and gradually juice of one lemon. Spread the mixture on the base. Bake in a 200 °C oven on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 20 min.
