For the semolina pancake, mix eggs, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and salt in a measuring cup until well blended. Fill up to 500 ml. with milk. Melt butter in a pan and fry semolina for one minute.

Add the egg-milk mixture and cook until done. Arrange the semolina pancake, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
