Instructions:

Cook soup, sauerkraut, lentils and raisins in Kelomat for about 10 minutes under pressure. Cut ham into cubes, add to lentils form with white wine and sour whipped cream, heat and season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Season to taste with vinegar and sugar.

Kelomat make, the lentils must then make about 45 min.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
