Instructions:

Soak the lentils overnight. In a small saucepan, sauté onions, leek and carrot. Then add two cups of bay leaf spice, clear soup, water, pepper, lentils and kohlrabi and cook for about 1 hour. Before serving, refine with whipped cream.
