Broccoli rinse, clean and divide into small roses. Steam in a little water for 5 minutes until tender, drain. Cook long grain rice according to package directions, using the broccoli water. Halve, seed, rinse and finely dice bell bell pepper. Drain the kukuruz and dice the broccoli. Mix both with long-grain rice and diced peppers. Mix in eggs. Season everything with salt and pepper. Form into lightly greased ramekins. Fill a large gratin dish halfway with water, place the ramekins in it. Cook in the oven in a bain-marie at 175 °C for 25 minutes. Heat the strained tomatoes, spread them evenly on plates and turn the flan onto them.
