For the liver cheese curry with spelt rice, first add twice the amount of water to the spelt rice and cook until soft according to the package instructions.

Fry the onion in a little oil until translucent, then fry the liver cheese cubes. Add curry to taste, stir briefly, deglaze with soy sauce and red wine and stew until soft. Stir in cranberry horseradish and season with salt and pepper.

Stir the cream into the finished spelt rice, pour half of the liver cheese into a roasting dish, then add the spelt rice and finish with the remaining liver cheese. Sprinkle the liver cheese curry with spelt rice with some cheese and bake in the oven at about 180° until the cheese melts.
