Instructions:

Cut the rolls into very small pieces. Pour the boiling milk over them. Cover and let stand for 1/2 hour (maybe still cool). Add the eggs, finely chopped liver and marjoram, knead well.

Bring the soup to a boil. Turn dumplings the size of a child’s fist from the dough, shape them into the lightly boiling beef broth. Steep for 20 minutes.
