Instructions:

Cut bread into thick slices, pour the hot milk and let it swell for about 1/2 hour.

Cut the onions into quarters and grind them together with the liver through a meat grinder (medium disk). Mix this quantity with the egg-soaked ribs, season heartily with the spices and form into dumplings with wet hands.

The dumplings about 20 min in boiling salted water form and cook (do not make more). Take the dumplings out of the water and soak them briefly in the hot beef broth. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
