Goder, shoulder mince, liver scrape. Soak ribs in milk, squeeze, mince. Sauté onions with parsley, mince.
Stir all ingredients into a homogeneous mixture, season heartily.
Spread a baking dish with a pork net, put the mixture into it.
Roast for 70 minutes at 160 °C in the oven.
Serve with Stöckelkraut and salted potatoes.
