For the oat salad, soak the oat grains in water for about 10 hours. Bring water with salt and sugar to a boil, add oat grains and cook on low heat for about 40-50 minutes.
Drain, let cool. Cut apples and peppers into small cubes and mix with oat grains.
Make a sauce with sour cream, honey, lemon juice and the spices and pour it over the oat grains. Mix well.
