Instructions:

For the lasagna, first brown the beef mince in a little olive oil. Add the finely chopped onion and tomatoes and simmer.

Cook celery and carrots in white wine until soft. Season meat, stir in ricotta, tomato sauce and vegetables. Season to taste and pour into an oiled dish.

Cover the lasagna with crumbled feta cheese and place in the oven at 260 °C.
