Whip cream until stiff, mix with pear syrup (1), spices and salt. Add flour, baking powder, milk, candied lemon peel and candied orange peel, mix well.
Grease and flour a springform pan, fill with the above mixture and bake at 180 °C for 45 to 50 minutes.
Afterwards, brush the still warm surface with the pear syrup (2).
Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
