Instructions:

Yeast dough: Flour in a wide form and mix exactly with the yeast. Add remaining ingredients and stir everything together with a mixer (dough hook) briefly on lowest speed, then on highest speed for about 5 minutes to a smooth dough. Cover dough and let rise in a warm place until it has visibly increased in size.

Knead dough: Sift flour into a wide bowl. Add remaining ingredients and knead the whole thing with a mixer (dough hook) at the beginning on the lowest, then on the highest speed to a smooth dough. In the meantime, preheat the oven and line the baking tray with parchment paper. Prepare one of the above fillings.
