Try this delicious pasta dish:

Make the macaroni al dente. In the meantime, blanch (scald) the peach with boiling hot water, skin it in half and remove the seeds. Cut the halves into narrow wedges. Separate the egg. Beat the egg yolks with the honey and lemon zest until creamy and mix with the drained pasta. Add the curd cheese by the spoonful. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold them in.

Grease a small gratin dish with a little butter and pour in half of the pasta mixture. Spread the peach slices evenly on top, then mold the remaining pasta mixture over the top. Cover with butter flakes

Bake the casserole in a heated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
