Instructions:

For the mango foam with iSi, gently heat the cream cheese over low heat so that it melts. Stir in whipped cream and mango smoothie and sweeten with sugar syrup. Pour through a sieve into the iSi whipping sprayer (only to the maximum mark!!!).

Use iSi device according to instructions – put on the cream cap, let it out and remove it. Now put on the whipping attachment and shake the iSi whipping sprayer approx. 10 times. If necessary, chill briefly and serve the mango foam with iSi in a bowl.
