Drain the mango slices, add 1/2 tablespoon sugar and the juice of half a lime and blend to a puree. The whipped cream with a geh. Tbsp. sugar (wait 1/2 h and stir occasionally), whip until stiff and fold in the mango puree. Fill into dessert bowls, decorate each with 3 dark grapes and chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
The cream has a wonderful pale yellow color, and the dark blue grapes, or blueberries, go perfectly with it in terms of taste and color.
