Instructions:

For the mango sorbet, peel the mangoes and remove the stone. Then cut into pieces and puree (in a blender or with a hand blender). Stir in the powdered sugar, lemon juice and rum and place in the freezer for about 5 hours, blending every 30 minutes with the hand blender.

Then pour into glasses and serve immediately.
