Instructions:

For the marinated grilled peppers, wash the peppers, remove the core and cut into strips.

Grill on the skin side until bubbles appear. Place in a freezer bag, seal and let rest for 20 minutes. Peel off skin. Peel and finely chop onions, garlic and lemon. Pluck thyme and mix with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and chili powder.

Marinate the marinated grilled peppers in it for at least 5 hours and serve.
