Instructions:

Preparation 1. melanzane cut into 5 mm thick slices, put in a colander and mix with 2 tbsp salt, stand 30 min, then rinse, pat dry and layer the slices together in a shallow container. Mix 3 tbsp garlic, juice of one lemon, olive oil and oregano, season with salt & season with pepper and form over the melanzane. Turn the melanzane to the other side so that both sides are covered and marinate for 20 min.

2. in the meantime, preheat the broiler to high heat and do the chickpeas until they are al dente, then set aside.

Cut the peppers into pieces, brush with the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil and grill, turning frequently, until soft(about 8 minutes). Then transfer to a large bowl and set aside.

4. remove melanzane from marinade and grill, turning only once to the other side, until each side is golden and soft(about 5 min). Chop tomatoes, add to strained and rinsed chickpeas form with the melanzane and peppers, season with salt & season with pepper. Mix lightly and arrange on a serving platter.

5 For the feta dressing, mix all the ingredients, form over the eggplant salad and bring to the table on the spot.
