Instructions:

Mix the olive oil with the chopped garlic cloves, parsley and rosemary. Put the shrimp in a bowl, salt, pepper, pour the herb oil over them and let them marinate for a few minutes. Meanwhile, for the cucumber spaghetti, cut the peeled cucumber into noodles, salt and drain. Finely chop some dill and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Add the dressing to the cucumbers and season with salt and pepper. For the tomato stock, cut the tomatoes into quarters. Puree with ketchup, vinegar and oil and pass through a sieve. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and Tabasco sauce. Heat a pan and fry the marinated shrimp in it for 3-4 minutes on both sides. Arrange the cucumber spaghetti on plates, place the shrimp on top and drizzle with the tomato stock.
