Marinated Turkey Breast Strips in Curry Cream Sauce

Instructions:

Cut the turkey breast into finger-width strips and mix with soy sauce mixed maizena (cornstarch). Cover and marinate for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the peppers under the heated broiler and brown until the skin blisters.

Remove and cover with a wet dishcloth. After 10 min, skin and cut the peppers into strips.

Peel and slice the onion into strips.

Sauté the marinated meat in sesame oil on 2 1/2 or possibly automatic- heat 9-10, add the bell bell pepper and onion strips and sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Pour in the clear soup and bring to a boil.

Remove the meat and bell pepper mixture and keep warm. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and cook on 3 or automatic heat 12. Add the whipped cream (remove 4 tbsp beforehand), cook again.

Remove the skin from the mango and remove the seeds. Dice the pineapple and mango. Put the sugar snap peas in a frying pan, toss, fold in the meat as well as the fruit. Season everything spicily.

Whip the whipped cream set aside and pour onto the ragout form. Dust with curry and garnish with parsley leaves.
