For the marinade, stir orange juice two tbsp. sesame oil, honey and soy sauce and season with chili pepper and salt. Turkey leg and peeled garlic cloves 120 minutes in the marinade form. Brush roasting pan with remaining oil.

Remove the turkey leg from the marinade, dry it and place it in the roaster with the cleaned vegetables.

Roast in heated oven at 200 degrees / convection oven 175 degrees / gas mark 5 for about 20 minutes. Add marinade and roast for another hour. In between, baste frequently with gravy and perhaps cover with parchment paper.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve with long grain rice or spareribs. Per unit in about 385 calories
