Instructions:

Mix the chocolate with the sugar, marzipan, egg whites and cinnamon for about 5 minutes until very fluffy. Roll out the mixture on a floured work surface to a thickness of 3 mm and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Cut out disks (5 cm in diameter) and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 150 °C for about 20 minutes. Briefly boil honey and water in a pot. Coat the cooled slices with the warm honey mixture.
