For the marzipan ice cream, cut the marzipan into small cubes and puree with the honey in the Thermomix. Then add the whipped cream and rose water and whip with the butterfly mixer for 3 minutes until creamy.

Pour into a container and leave to set in the freezer, stirring occasionally.
