For the marzipan macaroons, knead half of the marzipan with the butter and powdered sugar until well combined.

Stir in the remaining marzipan and yolks. Fill the amount into a piping bag and pipe macaroons onto a baking sheet.

Press in an almond and bake the marzipan macaroons at 170 °C for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
