For the marzipan pretzels, preheat the oven to 180 ºC hot air.

Cut marzipan into small pieces and mix with sugar and yolks until smooth.

Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour. Roll out the finished puff pastry thinly. Spread the marzipan mixture on the dough and roll it up tightly.

Cut small slices from the rolls and bend them into pretzel shapes. Place the pretzels on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with the egg-milk mixture and bake for about 10 minutes.
