To make the matcha tearamisu in the Thermomix, first squeeze the lime. Mix the juice with 1 ½ tsp matcha powder, powdered sugar, liqueur and 30 g water in the mixing bowl for 10 seconds / speed 3. Transfer to a small bowl, clean the mixing bowl. Mix the sugar and egg yolks in the mixing bowl for 3 minutes / speed 4. Add the mascarpone and crème fraîche and fold in for 10 seconds / speed 2.

Line a rectangular baking dish (17 × 26 cm) with half of the amarettini. Drizzle with half of the matcha mixture and top with half of the mascarpone cream. Repeat again, cover the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 8 hours or overnight.

Cut out a fir tree template from paper. Using the remaining matcha powder, dust a Christmas tree on the matcha tearamisu from the Thermomix and “hang” the pomegranate seeds on it as balls.
