Instructions:

Cut the bacon into cubes. Remove the skin from the onion and finely dice it. Rinse and clean the spinach. Soak the rolls in water and squeeze them.

Blanch the spinach, cool and chop finely. Sauté the bacon and the onion in butter. Add the spinach. Then add the squeezed bread, the sausage meat, the egg and knead well. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Spread on the pasta dough, roll up and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes.
