Instructions:

For the meadow sage syrup, boil water with sugar for 10 minutes, then stir in the flowers. Remove from heat, add sliced lemon and the citric acid, stir and leave covered for 2 days.

Strain, boil again and pour hot into clean bottles. These specifications will yield almost 2 L of syrup, depending on how accurately you work.

Enjoy diluted 1:7 with tap or mineral water.
