Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Soak mushrooms in warm water for at least 1 hour.

Knead together bread, onions (I), minced meat, eggs and spices. Form 16-18 small meat dumplings and fry them in hot oil for 3-5 minutes. Remove from frying pan and place in a roasting pan with cucumbers.

Melt butter in the frying fat and sauté onions (Ii) in it until translucent. Drain the mushrooms, filter and collect the mushroom water. Coarsely chop the mushrooms, add to the onions and sauté. Dust with flour, sweat and pour in the mushroom water while stirring vigorously. Simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fold in crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper.

Pour sauce over meat and simmer with lid on low for 10 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with parsley.

Serve with: boiled potatoes
