Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Grease a loaf pan. If necessary, cut the olives from the stone and divide them into pieces.

Mix the flour with the dry yeast, stir in the olive oil, wine and eggs, then fold in the diced ham, olives and cheese. Pour the dough on the spot into the pan and bake for fifty-five to sixty minutes.

The olive bread tastes, warm, lukewarm or cooled.
