Instructions:

Heat oil, sauté chopped onion and bell bell pepper in it. Peel tomatoes, also chop, sauté briefly. Extinguish with vegetable soup and make on medium gas flame.

Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds. Peel off one half and cut into cubes. Add the cubes to the soup and mash everything together. Add wine and spices, season heartily. Cut out balls from the other half of the melon and distribute evenly in soup bowls. Pour in the hot soup. Serve with whipped cream and chopped basil. The soup can also be eaten cooled.
