For the melon mozzarella skewers, first peel the melons, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Wash and trim the radishes and, depending on their size, cut them in half if necessary.

Alternate melons, mozzarella, radishes, basil and olives on wooden skewers. Refrigerate the melon-mozzarella skewers until ready to serve. Just before serving, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
