Cut turkey cutlets into fine strips. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil well in a pan and quickly fry the turkey strips in it. Cut the tomato into coarse cubes, the young onion into fine rings and the lettuce leaves into coarse strips. Now mix the turkey strips with cheese, tomato and young onion rings. Warm the tortillas briefly in a coated pan or in the microwave, if desired. Spread tortillas open and spread prepared turkey mixture on top. Spread salsa and mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle the chopped lettuce on top and roll up. To do this, first fold the tortilla in on 2 sides and then roll up from back to front. Arrange on warmed plates.
