Preheat the stove to 200 degrees. Heat caramel sauce in a saucepan and season with cayenne pepper and cinnamon. Place tortillas on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top and bake until crispy and sugar has melted, about 5 min of cooling and break into large pieces.
Put one piece on each plate, put 2 scoops of ice cream on top, pour caramel sauce. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with roasted peanuts.
