For the Mexican vegetable pan, cut the peppers into cubes about 1×1 cm. Cut the corn into small pieces. Cut the beans into pieces about 2-3 cm long if needed. Roughly dice the onion.

Sauté the onion in a little oil until translucent (please do not let it color). Add the bell bell pepper and fry briefly. Add the corn and the beans.

Deglaze with very little water and let it steam covered for about 10 minutes. Season the Mexican vegetable pan with salt, pepper and spices according to your own preferences.
