Microwave Muffin

For the microwave muffin, mix the dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.

Stir in egg with fork until thick sticky mixture develops.

Add milk and oil and mix well until it forms a nice smooth consistency. Place in microwave for 3 minutes (depending on power, must be tried).

If you like, eat the microwave muffin with whipped cream, ice cream or chocolate cream.
