Instructions:

Rinse the millet, put it in hot water and make 15 min. Add the chopped onion and spices and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let swell for 1 hour without stirring.

Sprinkle with chives, parsley or grated cheese, if desired, before serving.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
