Try this delicious cake recipe:

Finely chop young onion along with beautiful greenery. Heat the olive oil. Sauté the young onion in it. Add the minced meat and roast until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper and cool.

In a dry frying pan, lightly roast pine nuts or almond kernels without adding fat. Chop them coarsely with a cradle knife. Cut olives into fine strips. Chop parsley finely. Add all these ingredients to the minced meat form, add the egg yolks and mix. Season the meat dough with salt and pepper.

Cut out rounds of about eight cm in diameter from the dough with a round cutter. Spread a little filling evenly on half of the rounds. Brush the edge of the dough with egg white. Cover with a second round. Press the edge well with a fork.

Mix egg yolk and oil. Brush the dough cushion with it. Prick once with a fork in the middle of the dough cover. Meanwhile, bake the minced olive pillows in the oven heated to 200 degrees on the second rack from the bottom for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve lukewarm or freshly cooled.
