Peel and halve the onion and cut into wedges. Melt clarified butter at 600 W for 2 min., add onions and sauté at 600 W for 3 min. uncovered.

Stir in curry, crumble minced meat and add. Cook for 3 minutes, then repeatedly crumble the minced meat.

3. add vegetable juice and heat repeatedly at 600 W for 2 min. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and cut the cucumber into thick slices. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon and cook at 600 with lid closed for 3 min.

Drain the liquid and mix the cucumber and yogurt into the mince. Cook again at 600 W for 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Serve with long-grain rice.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
