Instructions:

Peel and dice the onions and garlic cloves. Fry in a small amount of oil, remove from frying pan.

Roast mince in oil, stirring until crumbly. Stir onions, garlic, mince in frying pan with paprika powder, salt, oregano, pepper, sugar and paradeis pulp. Pour red wine and clear soup, simmer for half an hour on low heat. Add more clear soup if necessary.

Clean and dice the bell peppers and simmer for 10 minutes. Season again heartily.

Our tip: Use high-quality red wine for a particularly fine taste!
