For minced balls, remove the mozzarella from the package and cut into 8-12 equal pieces. Mix the mince with the egg, salt, pepper and the mince seasoning and fill a small portion at a time with the mozzarella and shape into small balls.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls on all sides. Season the tomato sauce with salt, pepper and basil and bring to the boil.
