Instructions:

Preheat oven to 220 °C. Defrost the puff pastry.

Mix minced meat with ingredients (except dough) and season with spices. Form into a roll.

Roll out the dough to the size of the minced meat roll. Wrap the minced meat in it and brush the ends of the dough with the egg white and press firmly until smooth. Decorate with leftover dough and brush with egg yolk.

Bake in the oven at 220 °C for 45 minutes.

Fill mince roll with 2 frankfurters, each wrapped with a slice of cheese.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
