Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Soak bread roll in lukewarm water, squeeze well. Sauté the onion in the butter until soft.
Knead the mince in a baking bowl with the egg, onion, breadcrumbs, dried tomatoes, mustard and spices. Add the parsley and the cheese to the minced form, mix well and form into a loaf, cover with the bacon strips.
Place the roast in a greased roasting pan and cook in the oven for about 60 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
Boil the roast stock with the clear soup and transfer to a small saucepan. Add the whipped cream, boil for 1/3, season.
Serve the sauce in a sauce boat.
