Instructions:

for the minced vegetable rice, bring water to a boil, sprinkle in rice and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. Cut onion and garlic into small cubes.

Cut bell bell pepper into coarse cubes, heat oil in a pot and fry onion and garlic in it. Add minced meat and stir-fry until well browned all over.

Add bell bell pepper and fry well. Add tomatoes and soup cubes and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Mix in the cooked rice, season the minced vegetable rice with salt, pepper and oregano.
